RETURNS

If one of our products does not meet your expectations, you can send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt.

If you plan to return the goods, please send us an email with our cancellation form to hello@theearthedition.com.

You can find the cancellation policy with our cancellation form here.

We will then contact you as soon as possible with information on how to proceed.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept or refund the shipping costs for returns.

Returns can only be accepted if the products are unused, in their original packaging and returned in full.

If your package is returned to us because you have given an incorrect address or because you have not accepted the package, you will have to bear the costs for a new shipment.
